Rogue Element Inc. has moved into a new office space. Located at the corner of Ravenswood and Irving Park, the new offices are in the recently renovated Manz Building, an early 1900s printing and engraving factory. The new space was beautifully restored by Hayes Properties, which took pains to preserve the original black walnut paneling and distinctive stone lobby of this historic Chicago building. The building is equipped with modern conveniences such as an interior bike rack and elevator, and features an open atrium for exhibits and social gatherings.

Located just one block from the Irving Park el stop on the CTA Brown Line and a mile south of the Ravenswood Metra stop on the Union Pacific line, the new office is easy to reach by public transit. In a space with room to grow, we look forward to serving our clients in this inspiring new location.
